True Believers

We recently purchased a mattress from Axel Bloom. We have always slept on traditional, top-quality, name-brand coil mattresses. Our most recent coil mattress was less than a year old when we noticed a trench like dip on the top of the mattress. This 'dip' put pressure on our lower backs causing lower back pain and restless sleep.

We decided to purchase a foam mattress because we heard that it did not put pressure on your joints, and it gave excellent full-body support. Naturally, I was skeptical, but we bought the system and are absolutely thrilled. We awaken each morning with no lower back pain, feel well-rested and ready to begin the day. We feel that the mattress supports our entire body.

We wish we had discovered this product years earlier. We have not only enjoyed a great mattress and a wonderful sleep, but have received the finest customer care and advice from the staff. We are looking forward to purchasing 3 more mattresses for our teenagers.

You Take Care of People

Dear Yong,

I know we already spoke on the phone, but I just wanted to send you a quick email. We love our new bed, and it's funny because I can't wait to go to bed tonight! I had an excellent sleep last night and didn't wake up until morning. With our old bed I would wake up a few times a night because I was uncomfortable or my arm had fallen asleep. We truly do love our new bed, it's very refreshing.

Also, just as much as the great bed, both my wife and I thought your service was excellent. You had given me your cell phone number so that I could call you if I had any questions or concerns. When the bed came damaged I decided to call your cell phone, after business hours, you answered, and you started taking care of the problem right away. My wife and I really appreciate it.

You do more than sell great sleep systems, you take care of people! That type of customer service is getting harder to find. It seems more businesses are focusing more on making money and forgetting about the customer, when if they focused on the customer, making money would be no problem. You and your staff have done a great job! Thank you again, and if you are ever in Montana let me know for we would love to meet you.

Better Posture

Finally, finally, I am able to wake up in the morning without being bent out of shape. I used to constantly complain to my parents about my horrible bed and they have finally FINALLY gotten me a "Bogi" bed. But this is an even sweeter bed than I slept on in the dorm in Bogenhofen. I am so happy because after several nights of sleeping on my new bed, my back has straightened itself out. I am able for the first time since leaving Bogi, to sleep through the night. My posture has improved and my terrible back aches are gone. My visiting friends who like to pile into bed with me don't want to get out and go home because it is soooo comfortable! All my friends want a bed like mine :).

Celebrating Our Beds!

Greetings Yong & Cara,

The beds have arrived and we are celebrating! We set Sarah's bed up and she is so happy! We got ours set up last night and had our first sleep in it. The bed is unbelievable and even better than the Bogi beds. I did not want to get up this morning, I just wanted to stay there and feel the comfort! I cannot tell you how grateful I am to have these beds. Already three different families are wanting or at least wishing to have similar beds. Do you have any brochures for advertising? I'd be more than happy to give them to interested people.

I want to thank both of you again for all the time and effort you put into making this purchase the right one. It was worth every cent we spent.
