My wife and I bought a Berlin mattress and Silverstar GT suspension about six weeks ago. Not only was the sales process and service first rate, but we absolutely love the product! My wife is from Switzerland and I lived there for a good part of my life. We are therefore both more accustomed to German sleep systems and were never quite comfortable with what was normally available here in the United States. We recently purchased a mattress from Axel Bloom. We have always slept on traditional, top-quality, name-brand coil mattresses. Our most recent coil mattress was less than a year old when we noticed a trench like dip on the top of the mattress. This 'dip' put pressure on our lower backs causing lower back pain and restless sleep.
We decided to purchase a foam mattress because we heard that it did not put pressure on your joints, and it gave excellent full-body support. Naturally, I was skeptical, but we bought the system and are absolutely thrilled. We awaken each morning with no lower back pain, feel well-rested and ready to begin the day. We feel that the mattress supports our entire body.
We wish we had discovered this product years earlier. We have not only enjoyed a great mattress and a wonderful sleep, but have received the finest customer care and advice from the staff. We are looking forward to purchasing 3 more mattresses for our teenagers.

I have one major regret with this new bed system . . . that I did not buy it several years ago. At that time I noticed the ad in the L.A. Times and looked at the different options on the website. The fact that it was an Austrian/German product definitely resonated with me.
I cannot remember the last time I slept peacefully all through the night. I also do not remember the last time that when getting out of bed I was not bent over with back pain. Axel Bloom totally changed that starting with the very first night. And every night is the same: sleep soundly and when arising from bed I am standing up straight and without pain. I had no idea that I could expect this kind of change from a bed in such a short time frame if at all. To say that I am astonished is an understatement.
Not only is it an amazingly excellent sleep system, but when we went to the store Mr. Lee was more than generous with his time in explaining the different systems and options in great detail as well as what combination he felt would work best for us. A type of customer service you rarely find. And if anything he down sold us, not up sold. We had to request the pillows which we took home a week before the bed was installed and both adored. That alone is unusual as we could never agree on the same pillows before.
The bed installation was done with the same care and attention to detail as our original store encounter. They were exceedingly careful with all the furniture that needed to be moved and how they handled taking out the old bed in very tight quarters.
The entire experience has been unique and leaves me with a big happy grin on my face.
