Shipping & Delivery
Shipping and handling charges are calculated based on product weight and size, how products can be efficiently combined in packing, and the method by which they can be shipped. Please call 310-209-1307 for a shipping quote. Standard Ground Delivery is drop ship only (does not include delivery into household or up elevators or stairs to entrance). Axel Bloom can assist customers to arrange shipment with third party carriers or contractors but accepts no responsibility for such delivery services. If delivery includes entrance into the residence or installation, then customer is responsible to remove any objects which may be fragile and valuable from the delivery access (Example: Staircases, corridors). Axel Bloom or its delivery and installation contractors are not responsible for any breakage or damage to the customer’s decorative items or furniture. Any and all claims for damages are limited to the price charged for delivery and installation services. Aside from delivery and installation services paid for by customer, any additional services (such as removal of mattress) are not provided. If you require further assistance such as inside delivery and/or assembly, please contact us at 310-209-1307 for cost and information. Unless otherwise noted, sales quotes and invoices DO NOT include shipping, insurance and delivery costs.
Axel Bloom charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped. All orders generated and delivered in California will be charged the appropriate tax rate.
Mattresses have a ten (10) year limited warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty covers the mattress foam core, not the cover, and any defects in materials and manufacturing. Should it be warranted, we will repair or replace the mattress core at Axel Bloom's discretion. Customer is responsible for any and all shipping/delivery costs. Warranty is not transferable to another party. While we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our products, conditions beyond our control may invalidate this warranty. Therefore, all warranty claims will be processed at our discretion. In addition, Axel Bloom cannot be responsible for claims associated with normal wear, fading or stains to the mattress cover. We are also not responsible for issues of firmness, allergies or sensitivity to materials. The components of your mattress may change due to regular use. These changes are normal. Mattresses sold "as is", "floor models", or "floor samples" are outside the coverage of this warranty. The original invoice and warranty must be presented with this warranty prior to claiming benefits from said warranty.
Bed Base Warranty
The mechanical bed suspension has a three (3) year limited warranty from the date of delivery as long as the combined weight of the mattress and body is not heavier than 300 pounds for each bed suspension. This warranty covers parts and any defects in materials and manufacturing. Should a failure occur, we will repair or replace said bed suspension at Axel Bloom’s discretion. Customer is responsible for any and all shipping/delivery costs. Warranty is not transferable to another party. The original invoice and warranty must be presented prior to claiming benefits from said warranty.
Axel Bloom provides a three (3) year limited warranty on all electronic parts, for the electronically adjustable bed suspension systems/bed base/frame as long as a “PC-qualified” surge protector is used and the combined weight of the mattress and body is not heavier than 300 pounds for each adjustable section. We will repair or replace products at our discretion. Any defect not associated with normal wear and tear, in workmanship or materials in all electric components i.e. lift actuating motors, hand held controls, and electronic control box falls within this warranty. Customer is responsible for any and all shipping/delivery costs. Warranty is not transferable to another party. The original invoice and warranty must be presented prior to claiming benefits from said warranty.
No Return and Trial Period Policy
ALL PURCHASES ARE FINAL. THERE IS NO TRIAL PERIOD. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS. We invite customers to take their time to determine for themselves the appropriate sleep system for their sleep requirements.
Deposits and Special Orders
No refunds on deposits. Special orders cannot be cancelled or changed.
Pricing & Availability
All prices do not include applicable sales taxes, freight and insurance. Prices are subject to change without notice. All products are subject to availability. Axel Bloom is not responsible for any errors or omissions, including but not limited to print, broadcast and online. Please verify prices and specifications with an Axel Bloom consultant.
Axel Bloom endeavors to provide current and accurate information in all sales materials and to trust that information represented by the purchaser is truthful. Nevertheless, errors and misprints may occur. Axel Bloom reserves the right to reject, correct, cancel or terminate any order for goods and services for which the price was incorrectly displayed or otherwise displayed erroneously or inaccurately or when the use of the product is not truthfully represented by the purchaser or the purchaser intends to steal or copy the product technology. Axel Bloom reserves this right at any stage of the order processing, including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed. Axel Bloom is not obligated to sell products and services based on errors in various media, including but not limited to print, broadcast and online or provide warranty based on misrepresentation of any information or use by the purchaser.
