Just want to tell you that WE LOVE our AXEL BLOOM BEDS!!! Never been to bed so early before - at 9.30 pm and 10 pm and stay there for a wonderful restful sleep for 12 hours!!! And then we are reluctant to leave our comfort zone

Just wanted to let you know that the new bed is an unqualified success. I've never been able to sleep on a memory foam mattress before because I would get so hot, but with the slats in this bed that's never a problem. I have one of the world's worst backs and am now sleeping better than ever and actually sleeping through the night! Finally, and most importantly, the dog loves it and no longer wakes me up trying to get into a comfortable position. In fact, the first night we used the bed I actually woke up a couple of times just to make sure he was still alive! Thank you so much for all your help.

I am obsessed with my new bed system! Actually, I have never been one to stay in bed very long but since getting my Axel Bloom bed system, the first three nights have been an amazing experience. I got into bed for three nights in a row at 7:00 PM to watch TV and play with the different positions that the bed would go. My dogs joined me and they seemed as comfortable as I was. The way the mattress just supports your body is simply brilliant! I almost felt like there was a sedative in the system that immediate relaxed you and put you to sleep. I couldn't even stay up to finish watching my favorite show. I have had the most restful nights sleep that I have ever had. It is the best bed I've ever slept on and I look forward to getting into bed and relaxing. Even when I wake up in the middle of the night, I immediately fall back to sleep extremely fast. My dogs are hooked as well and as I am writing this, my older dog has helped himself to the bed! I have told so many of my friends about this system and even my housekeeper tested the bed today and said she was going to tell her husband about it. I have also found myself taking a late afternoon nap for a half and hour and then I'm rested and ready to start the evening. I feel grateful for meeting the owners of this company and not only do I have some great new friends but I have an excitement about going to sleep every night!

Two years ago I was diagnosed with Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease or GERD. GERD is defined as chronic symptoms or mucosal damage produced by the abnormal reflux of gastric contents into the esophagus. In my case, I developed GERD due to a hiatal hernia. One of the recommendations from my doctor was to sleep with my upper torso elevated at least 30 degrees. At the beginning I used pillows. I found another pillow on the Internet that I used for a year, but I felt that I never had a good nights sleep. After constant neck and waist pain, my husband and I decided to look for an adjustable bed. We saw many adjustable beds but none of them offered a comfortable mattress and a beautiful design as well. After doing some research, we found Axelbloom. Axelbloom is a European system, with an amazing technology and a superb design. Two months ago we finally bought our bed. I am able to adjust the mattress to the perfect angle that I need. Also, I don't need to adjust it every night, because I can program it and it is in the memory of the remote control. We are very pleased with our new bed, we feel well rested every morning, I don't have any symptoms of GERD and my aches and pains have disappeared. And the bed looks beautiful in our bedroom.

I know we already spoke on the phone, but I just wanted to send you a quick email. We love our new bed, and it's funny because I can't wait to go to bed tonight! I had an excellent sleep last night and didn't wake up until morning. With our old bed I would wake up a few times a night because I was uncomfortable or my arm had fallen asleep. We truly do love our new bed, it's very refreshing.

Also, just as much as the great bed, both my wife and I thought your service was excellent. You had given me your cell phone number so that I could call you if I had any questions or concerns. When the bed came damaged I decided to call your cell phone, after business hours, you answered, and you started taking care of the problem right away. My wife and I really appreciate it. You do more than sell great sleep systems, you take care of people! That type of customer service is getting harder to find. It seems more businesses are focusing more on making money and forgetting about the customer, when if they focused on the customer, making money would be no problem. I have spent the first week in your bed...it is awesome. I no longer awake with joint stiffness, I can sleep on my back because I can have my legs elevated which reduces suffering from "restless leg syndrome," and my dogs can sleep next to me in total luxury!! We recently purchased an Austrian sleep system composed of 2 twin X-long Silver Star bed bases and DW 400 mattresses from Axel Bloom and are very pleased with it. Both my husband and I found the mattresses and slat bases extremely comfortable from the fist night on. Our previous standard American king size pillow top mattress developed a ridge down the middle early on which caused me to roll away from the middle as well as causing the arm I most frequently rested to fall asleep regularly. So far I have not experienced any of these problems on our DW 400 mattresses. Also, by placing 2 twin slat bases next to each other we eliminated any energy transfer resulting in improved sleep. The memory foam pillows we purchased from Axel Bloom are easy on the neck and disperse heat much better than the standard memory foam pillows that I had used before. Mr. Yong Lee, owner of the company, was very professional and courteous and was a pleasure to work with. He took a personal interest to make sure that we would get just the right sleep components and assisted us with any questions we had.

We recently purchased a mattress from Axel Bloom. We have always slept on traditional, top-quality, name-brand coil mattresses. Our most recent coil mattress was less than a year old when we noticed a trench like dip on the top of the mattress. This 'dip' put pressure on our lower backs causing lower back pain and restless sleep.
