We use the latest advanced materials to make our mattress covers and mattress cores. For example: We have quilted covers woven from cellulose wood for breathability, skin-friendly and strength properties. Our coldfoam (Kaltschaum) mattress cores are made using pure water vapor and are therefore odorless. Using CFC-free production processes creates environmentally safe foam that can be recycled.

Guide to Selecting your Bed Components: Mattress, Bed Suspension and Bed Frame

  1. You may purchase our mattress, bed suspension base or bed frame individually or as a total system.
  2. You can install our bed suspension system or mattress into your existing bed frame. Click here for our Design Guide.
  3. You have many Standard choices. We have three families of bed collections: Axel Bloom, Berlin and Austroflex.
  4. In addition to our standard choices, you can Customize any component in terms of dimensions, wood finish and fabric.
  5. The Axel Bloom Collection has the advanced German Vitaflex and Silverstar bed suspension systems, over 20 bed frames styles and 8 mattress families in Latex, Kaltschaum (Coldfoam) and Memory Foam. The Contemporary bed frames are inspired by Modern Italian and Scandinavian designs.
  6. The Berlin Collection was designed for the German market. It is a handsome fabric bed frame: our tallest bed frame and thickest mattress. The Berlin system is uniquely finished in fabric both on the exterior and interior surfaces. You have a choice of over 20 fabrics. It has an integrated electric adjustable system with memory buttons for memorizing three favorite sleep positions. The Berlin mattress is a unique Hybrid Structure with Kaltschaum (Coldfoam) exterior air-hole layers and an inner layer of individually encased micro-springs for robust comfort.
  7. The Austroflex Collection is our most technologically advanced bed system with a patented bed suspension system with hundreds of individual suspension elements which can be individually made firmer. It has three-electric motors to adjust the height and support for the head, shoulder, back and knees. Each mattress consists of three separate mattresses corresponding to the three-electric motor adjustment system. There are two mattress families: one core made from Coldfoam and the other from Memory Foam.
  8. Last and not least of all: All of our components from the three collections are interchangeable with each other!
